Reminders:

1.) We wear white jerseys in school tomorrow...white socks for the game.

2.) Meet dressed and ready to warm up by 3 PM at the game field tomorrow.

3.) Captains, remember the warm-up cd.

4.) Ball girls, remember your duties for tomorrow.

5.) All players, plan on staying until at least halftime of the varsity game...preferably the whole game!

Also...tonight, the following girls--Liz VandeWege, Jenna Brunger, and Kaitlyn Lampen--should review/study the "defensive center mid" role and responsibilities section of the "player responsibilities in a 4-4-2" packet that I handed out earlier. Prepare, girls!

Practice today was so-so, ladies....our focus, intensity, and fearlessness need to be much better starting tomorrow.
