    Awesome quote, Britt! It's totally true! We know anything can happen in a soccer game. If we always knew who was gonna win there wouldn't be any reason to try. We can never know when we walk out onto the field who will win- the only thought we should have is that "we want it" and to give it all we've got! We need to be determined!

    Thats so true about soccer...just like coach says...a 1 nothing lead is the most dangerous. We could be down and at the end of the game have an incredible lead. One smart pass, one ooppps by the other team, or just a lucky shot could win the game.

    This quote works really well with our team! Going off our evaluations today, I read what was written about myself, took it in, accepted it and now intend to put it past me and prove certain points wrong. Okay, now to tie that last statement to the quote. . . if we believe something is true and allow ourselves to be completely consumed by it, we have no chance for success. We had to have believed that we could challenge Unity, or we would have lost by a much greater margin than we did. We also must have believed we were better than Rogers, even though they were technically a varsity squad, because we stepped up and performed that game. Soccer is as much a mental sport as say, chess, it's just a little more fast-paced. Stay sharp ladies, one more game to win, everyone has to show up fully and completely if we want to stand a chance.

    Soccer is simple. Anything can happen a bad bounce, a garbage goal, anything and almost everything can happen in a game of soccer.

    i think this is so true!! we can do anything if we put our mind to it, and as we all caqn see we have proved this quote is right! we have worked our butts off to beat teams that are better than us. great season ladies!
