...after a another step in the right direction: a 2-1 win vs. Kellogsville. Girls, this was one of the better efforts of the season...a job well done. The POSSESSION and COMPOSURE displayed today was impressive...and you should be proud. It's Rogers on Monday now!

...for Emily. A rude, ignorant comment from the coach, without knowing details, needs to be addressed....again. Sorry, Em....I figured it was all in fun...the comment on the announcements, that is. I apologize...stupid me....and I felt like an idiot for the next few hours...put a damper on the good win. Forgive me...and enjoy the weekend.

...after a bounce-back 2-0 win vs. Wyoming Park. Girls, we took a step in the right direction today. BUT, like I mentioned, we HAVE to start demanding more of ourselves at this point in the season and not "settling" for mediocrity. Let's be honest: a 2-0 win vs. that team today is "mediocrity". We need to BUILD on this win for Friday and keep demanding our TRUE BEST!

Coach's Corner...

...after a 4-0 loss to a tough Mona Shores team. Girls, I think if we played Allegan with the same overall energy that we did today, we win that game. Today, though, our effort wasn't good enough to beat a very strong Mona Shores squad. Nonetheless, playing good teams like Shores is only going to make us stronger since they play similar to how I'd like us to play. On to Wyo. Park on Wednesday! Remember, teams are measured by how they respond to "the down times".
